We use plate nuts, which are held in place by a wide "surface," for nuts that go into hollow, box-like, or pipe-shaped objects that are difficult to reach.

Precautions for Use

● Tightening hexagonal bolts too much with wrenches can cause excessive torque, which may damage the nut. Please be careful not to apply excessive torque when using hexagonal bolts.
● This product cannot be used in corrosive environments or for applications or structures that pose a hazard.
● Not suitable for applications where repeated installation and removal are required. (TN-5T and TN-6T can be used for this purpose.)
● If the screws or bolts have a slippery anti-rust coating or oil is attached, the frictional resistance of the screw threads and base surface decreases, which puts a lot of stress on the nut and makes it more likely to break.
● Please also consider the deformation load of the hollow body to which the turn nut is attached.
●This product uses zinc for the nut and SUS304 for the flange, making it a very rust-resistant component. However, rust may occur depending on the location of use, environment, and other factors. (SN-6S nut only contains SUS303).
